Hampton Inn Knoxville-Airport

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Rooms clean and bed comfortable. The continental breakfast had about everything you could ask for. Even hard boiled eggs. But what was most impressive was the staff. I had a request in the morning and Jason at the front desk came through for me!!! I am frequently in Knoxville and will absolutely return to this hotel. Thank you for a great stay.

Great hotel , super close to TYS Airport . It only took me 4min to get to rental car return I did app check in but yes they have a check in counter. They also have a shuttle to airport Snacks and drinks for purchase Fairly quiet rooms but there is a lot of freeway noise. Bright lights on exterior of building made it hard to make my room dark even after the sun went down. Breakfast appears to be free for all

The digital key wasn't working so I had to use a card key. I stayed here overnight to save money on getting a rental car later. The shuttle picked me up from the airport and too be back to get my car with no issues. Couple of restaurants within walking distance. The room was nice but a lot of light coming through the door and the window at night.

Very clean and affordable. Incredible staff, we arrived early and did not expect to be able to get our room earlier than check-in, Jason allowed us to check in early!! David, the hotel shuttle driver is very friendly and makes sure you get to airport safely. Some of the best customer service I have had at a hotel, and definitely the friendliest!!! Also a wide variety of delicious breakfast choices and the pool was spotless and the perfect temperature. Both Jason and David really defined "Southern Hospitality"

5 stars all the way! From check in to check out. Everything was fantastic! Staff is friendly. Room and entire hotel is clean. No strong cleaning fragrance. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast even had chicken patties. Super close to airport with shuttle you can set up the night before. Overall impressed. Would stay here again if in town.

It’s can’t overstate how much I enjoyed staying here on a recent visit. The location is great, very close to the airport and the shuttle is a bonus for tired travelers (heads up, the shuttle pickup area is not in the same place as the regular passenger pickup!). It didn’t matter, these kind folks were patient with us when we were waiting in the wrong spot and it was almost 11pm. A special shoutout to Althea at the front desk, who was very kind and responsive to our last-minute requests for pillows late at night. Also we appreciated Gary, the shuttle driver and all-around MVP, who helped make our stay delightful and memorable. Thank you folks for helping us feel so welcome for our first time in TN. The breakfast was wonderful, the beds were comfortable, and the free parking was a nice bonus. We booked directly through the hotel website and got the best rate. The next time we return to the area (with our kids this time, because we loved Dollywood!), we will definitely be staying here. Thank you again everyone, 10+/10!

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms, lobby and gym were clean. I was pleased with my stay and the quiet and classy atmosphere that represented the Hilton brand. Also, you get 10% off of the menu at the nearby Applebees!

Rooms are nice and clean, hotel is decent, but the service on my stay blew me away, for one main reason. I left and was heading to the airport when I received a call from the hotel, and the lady at the desk told me the housekeeper found my wallet in the room! I didn’t even know I didn’t have it with me! Then, to go the extra mile, they put it in their shuttle and drove it to me! Amazing honesty and effort that is rare and incredibly appreciated! I believe the lady who found it was named Shelby. You are a blessing, Shelby! Increasingly rare for that sort of honestly and care for the customer, but it is here. Well done!
